Undertale Playthrough Notes 16

-Alright, here's to hoping I can *FINALLY* have a decent boss fight!
-Strategy: gonna fight her until she's weakened. Maybe then she'll give up. I *WOULD* have killed her, but the whole "you don't have to kill anyone" thing was spoiled for me.
-I can flee! I can flee! FLEEING IN PROGRESS!
-Should've known it wouldn't be that easy.
-"Killing you now is an act of mercy!" Hah! Yeah, but I bet if I tried that stunt, characters would rant and rave about how eeevil I am. Heheh, *cough*hypocrites*cough*
-TIME TO FLEE AGAIN!
-time to fight again!!
-feeeling VERY glad I got that nice cream, now!
-RUNNING AWAY TIME! ONLY 3 HP!
-PAPYRUS YOU HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SKELETON! THIS IS THE WORST TIME TO CALL!
-That's it for the nice cream.
-OH, her attacks are getting easier to dodge, and I can run away right away. WELL, I am TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THAT!
-Okay, she collapsed from chasing me. I'll get her some water from the tank after I find a save point. I've made progress, don't wanna mess it up now!
-There it is! Okay, saved. Now, to wrap this thingy up.
-Oh, she's gone now... DID I JUST KILL HER?! D: Oh, gee. I hope not! I just went and saved, too!!! Oh NOOOO!
-No, none of my stats changed. I can't have killed her. *WHEW*
-And what's that weird-headed guy up to? Eh. I'll check on them later, after I check on Sans.
-*fingers crossed that Undyne isn't waiting to trap me*
-Nope. And sans is gone! Maybe Sans grabbed her and carried her to safety? I hope so. Let's go with that.
-Back to the water jug.
-What a weirdo. Oh well.
-Lol, magic evaporating cup.
-Save point again.

It's weird, I enjoy the "Bullet Hell" part of the boss fights, but once I'm back to the normal gameplay, it's a bit of an "OH, yeah, now I have to do *THIS* chore again" thing.

Sorry to all who were hoping I'd enjoy this game more. Just guess it's not my thing (And I feel I can judge it based on my own subjective enjoyment, just as anyone in the world ever judges their favorite (or least favorite) foods, games, movies, stories, music, etc). Truthfully speaking, if I could get away with saying "it's not something that interests me," I would! Any other game, I'd be alright with saying it doesn't interest me, and that's why I don't play, but with Undertale? Pssht, feels like a law passed without me realizing it, and everyone's required to play it before saying they aren't interested, lol.

Still, I'm playing once through because I said I would! I am not reniging on my decision to go through this once, buuuut.... the secret endings, alternate paths, timeline/timetravel stuff, it all holds ZERO appeal to me at this moment, and I'm rapidly losing interest in the plot. But, it shall be over, soon! :-B
